Reolink Camera Details
There are two cameras that I have cleaned up, updated the firmware and tested. The fixed camera works very well. I have added storage to it. The PZT camera was working and then went flaky and fails to connect. The PoE seems to be working but the discovery fails. I suspect that the ethernet jack is loose and corroded.
The Reolink web site has an annoying feature where pages for discontinued products almost immediately splash referral to support and redirect to the current recommended model. The information is still there but difficult to work with.
This is a fixed position camera. The installed SD card is 64GB. Note that the camera gets cranky if some changes are made, particularly messing with storage. Leave the camera running but reload the Reolink app.
The default resolutions are:
High (Clear) Resolution Streaming: 3840x2160 Frame Rate: 25 FPS Max Bitrate: 6144 Kbps
Low (Fluent) Resolution Streaming: 640x360 Frame Rate: 10 FPS Max Bitrate: 256 Kbps
These settings can be modified if needed.

The camera is configured to be mounted downward. Set flip and mirroring to mount it upward.
RLC-423
This is a PZT pointable camera. While pretty old, the latest firmware is from 2021. I replaced the ethernet connection and it is working. The Reolink PC application doesn't find the camera. What I had to do was find the camera with a network scan. Add port 9000 to the scan and it will show up. Add it by IP in the application.
The default resolutions are:
High (Clear) Resolution Streaming: 2560x1920 Frame Rate: 30 FPS Max Bitrate: 6144 Kbps
Low (Fluent) Resolution Streaming: 640x480 Frame Rate: 7 FPS Max Bitrate: 160 Kbps
These settings can be modified if needed.
